This drink, originally called an Adam's Apple Martini because the bartender who created it was named Adam, was created in 1996 at Lola's West Hollywood restaurant.

INGREDIENTS

• 1 1/2 ounces vodka
• 1/2 ounce green apple schnapps
• 1/4 ounce lemon juice
• Apple slice, for garnish

INSTRUCTIONS

• Gather the ingredients.
• In a cocktail shaker filled with ice cubes, pour the vodka, apple schnapps, and lemon juice. Shake well.
• Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
• Garnish with an apple slice. Serve and enjoy.
