Product Description

The Émile Beyer winery was established in Eguisheim in 1580 and is now managed by the family’s 14th generation. Farming is organic and the wines have been certified since 2014. Fruit for this wine is grown on 40-year-old vines; the wine is vinified in stainless and raised in used French oak barriques. The winery produces 350 to 400 cases of this wine each vintage. It is brilliant red with a clear rim and fragrant of cherries, basil, and green tea. The palate delivers a sluice of cranberry fruit with nice drying grip and a back palate note of wintergreen. A delightful, cooling Pinot noir.
